1. General Policy

For hygiene and health protection reasons, we do not accept returns on any opened or used products. All sales are considered final once the packaging seal has been broken. If you wish to return an item, it must be unopened, unused, and in its original, intact packaging with all labels and seals in place.

 

2. Returns for Non-Defective Items

We understand that situations may change. You can request a return for non-defective products if:

● You ordered the wrong model or style

● You no longer want the product

● You made a duplicate order

● You found a better price after purchase

Conditions:

● The request must be submitted within 180 days of purchase

● The item must remain unopened and in its original packaging

● You must provide clear photos showing the intact seal and packaging

● Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility

● Refunds are processed within 3–4 weeks of receiving the returned item

 

3. Defective or Faulty Products

If your product arrives defective or develops a fault within 180 days of purchase:

● Contact us at Info@masturbatoasx.com with your order number, product SKU, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the defect

● We’ll verify the issue and, if confirmed, arrange a replacement of the same or equivalent value at no extra cost to you

 

4. Before Reporting a Fault

Please try the following self-check steps before reporting an issue:

● Ensure the product is fully charged and attempt to power it on by holding the button for 3–5 seconds

● If using a remote-control model, make sure the main device is switched on and the remote battery is working

● Review the product’s instruction manual carefully

● Do not use the product while charging

 

5. Lost or Returned Packages

● If tracking shows a package was delivered to the correct address but you claim not to have received it, we cannot issue a refund

● If a package is lost in transit, we will resend the same item at no extra cost

● If the package is misdelivered to the wrong address, we will resend the same item

● If the package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to collect, reshipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility

● If the return is due to reasons beyond your control (e.g., customs or postal return), we will resend the item free of charge

● For any delivery issues, contact customer service within 30 days of purchase

 

6. Order Cancellations

● Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing Info@masturbatoasx.com

● Most orders are processed and shipped the same day, so cancellation may not be possible once dispatched

● If you no longer want the order after dispatch, you may refuse delivery or follow our return process for unopened items

● Refunds are issued within 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your bank’s speed

 

7. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong product:

● Contact us within 180 days with photos of the shipping label, SKU on the product packaging, and a full view of the product and packaging

● Once confirmed, we’ll send you the correct product at no additional cost
